Pizza Dough ofyour choice1/2 Cup Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce1 oz pickled onions3 1/2 oz smokedSalmon Slices1 teaspoon capers1 teaspoon fresh chervil leaves
Place a pizza brick, unglazed terracotta tile or baking sheet in the oven.Preheat oven to 450F On a floured surface, press out the pizza dough using your fingertipsinto 9 inch circle (always pressing from the inside of the dough to theoutside) Place the pizzadough on the pizza brick, unglazed terracotta tile or baking sheet. Spreadthe tomato sauce over the surface. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the pizza isgolden on the edges and crisp underneath. Allow to cool. Thinly slice theonions. Arrange them on top of the pizza base with the smoked salmon, capersand chervil. Serve at room temperature.
